About the Guardian / Conservator Association of Oregon

The Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon, Inc. ("GCA") is a non-profit organization, incorporated in 1988. Our members work to uphold and improve the quality and ethical practice of fiduciary services in Oregon.  We support professional fiduciaries throughout Oregon with education, training, and mentorship. Our membership reflects a wide variety of fiduciary practitioners and attorneys in Oregon, including individual practitioners, firms, and public organizations, as well as volunteers and family guardians.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to advance the profession of guardianship, conservatorship and related fiduciary fields; to promote continuing professional education, high standards of practice and ethical performance; and to establish the professional fiduciary as an integral part of the judicial system.
