Ashley Taylor - Ashley Taylor, LLC

 
Ashley attended Eastern Oregon University and graduated with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts and with a double minor of Psychology  and Sociology. She has held various positions within Douglas county, as well as other local nonprofits, and has over 10 years’ experience advocating, planning, coordinating and implementing care and services directly with vulnerable individuals in the community. Ashley has worked for herself and her clients for the past 8 years and her passion for advocacy has not dwindled. In her spare time she enjoys working out with her kids, playing basketball and dressing up for funny themed pictures.

Past President - Suzanne Rowe - Summit Fiduciary Services, LLC

Suzanne is a native of the Chicago-area and is the owner of Summit Fiduciary Services, LLC. She has been serving guardianship and conservatorship clients in Oregon since 2018 and has been an active Board member since 2020. Suzanne loves exploring the wonders of the PNW and is the adoring grandma to her grandson, Owen.

1st Vice PresidentJennifer A. Davison - Tandem Fiduciary Services, LLC

Jennifer started her independent professional fiduciary practice, Tandem Fiduciary Services, LLC, in October 2016. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal in trust and estate administration, guardianships, and conservatorships for over twenty years at law firms located in and around Portland. Jennifer is also a member of Guardian Partners Advisory Council and volunteers for Guardian Partners as a guardianship case monitor.

2nd Vice President - Laurel Sullivan - Grace Guardian & Fiduciary Services LLC


Laurel lives on the beautiful North Oregon Coast in Astoria and started her business, Grace Guardian & Fiduciary Services, LLC in 2018. She is a self-proclaimed Starbucks snob who likes to have fun with friends and family. Laurel is also a soccer mom, but without the minivan! She's a kind, caring, and compassionate person who also loves to laugh.  She loves being outside exercising or enjoying the sun when all possible. 

Secretary - Giselle Fuller - Oregon Advocates LLC


Giselle is Co-Owner of Oregon Advocates, LLC. She is certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification as a National Certified Guardian and certified by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Oregon. When not serving on the board for the GCA, she serves as the Soldier and Family Readiness Group Leader (SFRG), for Hotel Company (FSC CAV), 145 Brigade Support Battalion, and serves on the board for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Treasurer Reid Christomos - Tiffany & O’Shea, Inc.

Reid Christomos is a financial case manager who has been working at Tiffany & O'Shea, Inc. for over seven years.  He is a national certified guardian and has served as treasurer for GCA since 2019. He has a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the University of Washington and is a Pacific Northwest native.  In his spare time he enjoys gaming with friends and watching movies.

Kali Jensen - Succession PDX, LLC

Kali Jensen is the owner of Succession PDX, LLC. She has a background as a trust officer and an attorney, and opened her own business as a professional fiduciary in 2022.  In addition to being on the GCAO board, Kali proudly serves on the development committee of the local non-profit Guardian Partners.  She lives in southeast Portland with her husband and two big dogs.

John Koch - Koch Law, LLC

John Koch is an estate planning and administration attorney located in West Linn, Oregon. John regularly provides legal advice and representation to Oregon fiduciaries, including guardians, conservators, trustees, personal representatives, and more. He enjoys the diversity of his clients, and is motivated to help them face the many everyday challenges that can arise in fiduciary work.

Jennie Shipley - Initium Guardianship Services

Jennie Shipley joined the the GCA Board in December of 2022 and has been a National Certified Guardian since 2019. Jennie has 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including managing crisis teams and a residential program.
