October 12-15, 2019

Lexington, KY

In addition to an exceptional array of breakout sessions, our five general sessions feature distinguished presenters, including former San Diego Deputy District Attorney Paul Greenwood (back by popular demand!) Participants will also hear from University of Kentucky’s own Dr. Gregory Jicha, who will discuss brain function, memory, and judgement. New this year is a virtual reality experience, where participants will experience the end of life through a patient’s eyes. And plan to stay through the end of the conference on Tuesday as our final general sessions will discuss eldercaring coordination, a less-restrictive alternative to guardianship, and special needs trust planning. You will also want to consider arriving early to attend one of the optional conference intensives: the full-day Legal & Legislative Review, or the half-day sessions.
